Position Summary:
The position of Senior Wealth Strategist will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert for the firm within key areas of technical significance for the Private Wealth division (e.g., tax, estate planning, trust/entity structuring, investments, insurance, etc). Duties include leading and advancing the company’s knowledge base, content, and client solution set within their respective area of expertise.
In addition, this position will either oversee or work collaboratively with a group of Private Wealth personnel, including but not limited to Wealth Advisors, Wealth Planners, and Wealth Servicing Specialists to assist in the delivery of investment management, tax planning, comprehensive financial planning, risk management solutions, estate and succession planning, and other pertinent financial services.

Qualifications:
- Eight or more years related experience, with a demonstrated depth of technical knowledge and expertise
- CPA or JD preferred
- Experience working with private, high net-worth clients and/or institutional clients
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Highly developed problem-solving ability and a willingness to drive workflow
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team structure
- Entrepreneurial instincts and proactive attitude
- Ethically driven with an unwavering client commitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote
Reports to: The Senior Wealth Strategist will report directly to the Managing Director of Private Wealth or their designee.
Compensation: Basic salary of $150-200k plus excellent bonuses and benefits. Relocation assistance available.
