An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Private Equity Analyst or Associate to join a very well established, global single family office in their New York City office.
Position Summary:
This position will report to the Head of Private Equity Directs in New York, and join the U.S. dedicated PE team, focusing on North and South America Direct investment opportunities.
Primary Duties:
• Assist the senior team members in reviewing all PE deals.
• Develop and update financial models to evaluate the investments.
• Conduct Commercial and market due diligence.
• Draft deal memos for deal approvals.
Skills and experience:
• University undergraduate degree from a competitive university and a strong GPA.
• 2 to 5 years of prior relevant work experience at an investment bank, consulting firm, audit firm, or in corporate finance.
• Well-developed understanding of financial concepts and modeling skills, including financial/LBO and comparable valuations.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative industry/sector analysis and company due diligence.
• Excellent writing and communications skills.
• Team player with a collaborative work style.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• US work permit / visa required.
Additional information:
• Good knowledge of the Private Equity industry and relevant participants
• Some investing experience helpful (e.g., Buy-side, Asset Management, Fund-of-funds,
Family office)
Compensation:
Up to $150,000 base salary plus excellent bonus potential. Associates are eligible for the company's deferred compensation scheme.

Please note, this is a full time, Mon-Fri in-office position with the ability to work from home/remotely one day a week of your choice.
