A Single Family Office investing across a mix of asset classes (financial investments, commercial and residential real estate, forestry & land management, public and private equity), is looking to appoint a Management Accountant. The Family office has a variety of UK companies, Trusts and charities.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a small team in a flexible environment with the option of working (once fully established) part of the time from home.

The preferred candidate will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience working within a Family Office and working with trusts and charities.

Responsibilities

  • Management accounting
  • Cashflow management
  • Year-end accounts & audit queries
  • Co-ordination with external accountants, auditors & bankers
  • Liaise with property investment managers (commercial & residential)
  • Attend property board meetings
  • Loan covenant reporting
  • Due diligence
  • Bank account and cash management, payments
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Bookkeeping, transactional accounting, general ledger management, tenant invoicing
  • General office admin (as required)
  • Additional ad hoc projects and reports

Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the successful candidate but likely in the range of £50,000 – £60,000.
