Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the provision of a quality service to targeted clients through developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, as well as an appropriate knowledge of global financial developments;
  • Assist in the increase of the profitability of the company and shareholder value through initiatives to add to the gross income of the client base by identifying opportunities and assisting in the implementation of new business ideas leading to the development of new streams of income for the company;
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and direction to the administration teams in respect of key clients and having principal responsibility for direct contact with key clients and the overall client relationship;
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills – ability to create and maintain strong relationships, understanding clients’ needs, wishes and interests as a starting point for enhancing and developing long-term mutually beneficial relationships.

The successful candidate will need to be an entrepreneurial and innovative individual who actively creates, seeks and recognises possibilities of innovation, new opportunities or improving services.

You will also need to have experience within a Trust environment or relevant financial services business. Holding a relevant professional qualification will be essential too, e.g. ACCA/STEP/ICSA.
