Making Careers Happen in Family Offices

This year, Agreus has supported 72 Family Offices across a wide range of roles, with some requiring multiple hires. Notably, 53% were for newly established Family Offices, a significant growth from 2023’s figure of 33%. This reflects the sector’s remarkable growth and the rising demand for specialised Family Office talent.

Our placements spanned diverse roles, with 56% in executive senior positions and 44% in non-executive roles. In terms of functional areas, 23% were in support and operations, 37% in investment, 33% in accounting and finance, and 7% in trust and corporate services.

These achievements highlight our expertise and commitment to connecting Family Offices with the right professionals. We look forward to continuing this work and supporting Family Offices to grow in the upcoming year.

Global Expansion

Following the inception of our Singapore office, established in 2023, we extended our global reach by opening a new office in Dubai this year. This strategic expansion strengthens our presence in the Asian market and positions us to meet the growing demand for Family Offices in the Middle East.

Our team, with over 14 years of experience, continues to support our largest client base in the UK, while North America has seen a remarkable growth in client numbers too. Additionally, demand for our compensation consulting services has surged, with our team advising Family Offices worldwide on ways to ensure they can compensate their talent efficiently.

Team Highlights

At Agreus, we believe our people are the foundation of our success. In 2024, we experienced significant growth within our team, welcoming several talented individuals, including Reuben Huchard, Alex Tooulas and Dimitri Peratikou, who are joining our team as advisors. Their expertise has already had a positive impact on our team and our clients.

We also bid farewell to our esteemed colleague, Jeremy Green, who retired after an exceptional career as our UK Team Head. His contributions have been invaluable to Agreus but we wish him well for his retirement.

Our 2023 Global Family Office Compensation Report has been well-received, providing valuable benchmarking data for Family Offices. We are thrilled to announce our upcoming 2025 report in partnership with KPMG, which will offer an even more comprehensive global dataset on Family Office compensation. This will help with our compensation consulting services which has seen a sustained demand throughout the year.

We are also excited about our collaborative project with UBS Americas on Governance. This will add a lot of value to Family Office clients who are constantly evolving and trying to adopt best practices within their outfits.
