A Single Family Office in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to join its team to manage the household for its principal.

The principal is of ill health and needs a lot of care. Due to the intricate nature of this family office, the new incumbent is expected to have crossover across both the business and personal lives of the principal.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and coordinate all appointments for principal and spouse (including professional, personal, and medical appointments)
  • Manage residential staff and vendors; project manage renovations and repairs at the main residence; manage cars and maintenance schedules
  • Maintain medical files, coordinate in-home care and attend medical appointments as necessary
  • Manage other household matters including stocking up of medical supplies as well as ingredients based on the meal plan of the principal
  • Assist with office operations, including sorting mail, ordering office supplies, and organizing files.
  • Coordinate with the Family Office on schedules, meeting and other appointments
  • Other tasks might be requested from time to time by the principal or other family members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of personal assistant (or similar) experience
  • Maturity and discretion with regards to confidential information
  • Exceptional intuition with the ability to proactively anticipate needs
  • Independent decision-making abilities with strong judgment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain grace in a fast-paced environment while having meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite
  • Available after hours as needed. A high level of responsiveness is required at all times.
  • Employ a jack of all trades mentality

Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
