An international Multi Family Office is looking for a dynamic and driven Executive Assistant to join their small and close-knit team. This office manages and oversees investment and assets of UHNWI clients who are international with sophisticated investments across a broad range of asset classes.

The CEO/ Principal travels frequently and works across global jurisdictions so this position would suit a candidate who has language skills, particularly French or Italian. Strong communication in English is important.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management – daily management of scheduling & rescheduling appointments, communicating to attendees, exercising a flexible approach to changing schedules, ensuring appointments are met
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and off-site events
  • The Principal travels extensively therefore the candidate will need to arrange this and be aware of the Principal’s whereabouts
  • Scheduling personal appointments
  • Act as a “gate-keeper” while prioritizing the needs of the Principal
  • Managing third party relationships, dealing with tax lawyers and property matters
  • Ad hoc support to other members of the team, ensuring smooth running of the office

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • High level of communication in English as well as another language, particularly French or Italian
  • Experience in a Family Office or supporting a HNWI would be helpful
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
