We are working closely with a Corporate Service specialist in a period of rapid growth to find an Accountant to manage a portfolio of their clients. The role will be split between Accounts Prep (50%), VAT (20%), Tax (20%) and Management Accounts (10%).
Principal Accountabilities:
- Managing a small portfolio of clients
- Prepare statutory accounts for clients
- Preparing management accounts
- Prepare personal tax returns (preferable but not required)
- Preparation of Corporation tax returns
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and submit to HMRC
- Knowledge of Company Secretarial, statutory filings and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Ad hoc duties as and when requested
- Act as a mentor to less experienced members of the team.
- Such other duties as the management may at times reasonably require.
Must have:
- Be ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist
- Knowledge of IRIS and SAGE
Salary is flexible depending on level of experience. We are open to seeing any candidates at Accountant / Senior Accountant level. The London team is growing so there is a fluid approach with this role. Plus excellent benefits. Flexible and hybrid working is offered.
