Job Purpose:
Developing and delivering the strategic plans for the Corporate department, securing and deploying the resources necessary to meet the current and future needs of the department. Ensuring that the department meets both internal and external financial, regulatory, legal and strategic requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and management of the Company’s direction and strategic objectives.
- Developing and delivering the strategic plans for their department, securing and deploying the resources necessary to meet the current and future needs of the Company. Ensuring that the Company meets both internal and external financial, regulatory, legal and strategic requirements.
- Actively participating in new business generation ensuring the growth of the business from both existing and potential clients.
- Leading and directing a team of Associate Directors, Managers and/or highly qualified professionals to deliver both the department and overall company strategy.
- Representation on a range of Client boards both regulated and unregulated entities providing entity direction and oversight in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Being a ‘Principle Person’ for regulated entities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Initiating and/or sponsoring policy changes required to meet the strategic objectives of the business.
