An exclusive opportunity has arisen for an Italian speaking experienced Administrator within a Client Services team based in London.
The role will be primarily administering a portfolio of companies and trusts. The successful candidate will be communicating with clients and third parties, complying with internal procedures and external regulations. Compiling agreements, invoices, payments, and any other documentation as well as keeping all financial records and ledgers up to date in liaison with the internal and/or external accountants, arranging the setting up of companies and be responsible for the upkeep of company files and records on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A good University Degree (preferably in Economics, Law or Finance) or a professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
- A minimum of two years work experience in a professional environment (in Italy and/or UK)
- Fluency in English and Italian
- A friendly personality, team spirit, adaptability and sound common sense
- Good presentation, be self-motivated and have initiative as the work is varied and strict deadlines must be met.
- A methodical and organised approach to deliver high quality service
- A keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Numerate
- The right to live and work in the UK
The compensation package offered to the successful candidates is negotiable and will be based upon relevant experience and overall suitability.
