An exclusive and rare opportunity has arisen within a well-established and prestigious Trust and Corporate Business Service provider in London. If you have substantial experience in a client facing role within a trustee / corporate service provider or in a client relationship management role; then this could be a great step for you.
The Role:
- Assist the Manager with managing the client corporate and private client portfolios with a high level of autonomy.
- Assist the Manager with managing the team, taking on some managerial responsibilities when the Manager is absent.
- Retain clients and ensure positive working relationship; support in-sourcing new clients.
- Be a role model to less experienced colleagues in terms of professionalism and behaviour.
- Look for opportunities to create new solutions for clients and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Administer own portfolio of international corporate and private clients with a high degree of independence, ensuring full client satisfaction, and meet SLA’s in own client portfolio;
- Work closely with the Manager in overseeing the team’s portfolio of clients; help the team members and clients with technical queries, escalating them to the Manager, Associate Director, Director or relevant expert in a timely manner to ensure SLA’s are met;
- Identify resources within the company and/or externally in relation to complex client issues, where required, to solve them promptly, efficiently and cost-effectively.
Education and Professional Qualification:
- Educated to degree standard and/or a substantial work experience in client relations
- STEP, ICSA, ACCA or CIMA qualification desirable
