A unique opportunity has arisen to join a growing Single-Family Office that manages assets across a wide range of geographies and strategies as Senior Operations Manager. This role is within a small, collegial team offering broad exposure across the full range of financial functions.
Responsibilities:
- Managing fund subscriptions and redemptions requests
- Managing KYC document depository and information requests
- Managing portfolio management system, auditing data inputs; troubleshooting issues; enhancing system
- Presentation to Investment Committee
- Managing reporting on investment portfolio
- Maintaining forward-looking projections for the investment portfolio, working closely with investment team and the CFO
- Monitoring margin balances held at brokers
- Filing / organising documents and correspondence
Applicants must have:
- Over 5 years of professional experience preferably in a similar role
- Experience working in another LP (single/multi family office, FoF, endowment etc), is highly preferred, or with an investment manager
- High dedication and attention to detail
- An enthusiastic and hands-on approach
- An inquisitive and proactive nature
- Strong grasp of Excel and quantitative abilities
- Well-organized and able to multi-task and keep track of various deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to develop constructive relationships with peers and counterparties
- A strong academic background and degree
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 Depends on experience
