A Single Family Office in London is seeking a Trust Administrator to join them to provide administrative support for the trusts and for the company. The role will look to focus on the smooth running and record keeping of private equity investments.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Trust/Funds professional to join a well-established Family Office.
Payments, Memos and Accounts:
- Payments related to trust investments.
- Creating memos for all trust related transactions
- Preparing a withdrawal and injections list for trust related transactions
- Keeping records of shareholder list and reconciling it with the Dubai office
- Liaising with investment bank regarding any queries related to our accounts and its daily management/account openings
Private Equity Investments:
- Coordinating PE investments and subscription documents (liaising with directors, banks and third parties regarding new PE investments / KYC etc)
- Updating scorecards for investments keeping track of all outstanding PE commitments/recallable capital/
returns, distributions and updated valuations as events happen - Preparing private equity cash flow reports as events happen
- Liaising with third party PE firms for queries relating to existing LP commitments
- Working closely with accounting team with the reconciliation of PE investments.
Trust Business Administration:
- KYC coordination between directors and third parties
- Filing all documents/correspondence on a monthly basis (memos/payments/legal documents/PE transactions)
Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
