We are a resourcing and recruitment firm that help Family Offices attract talent across Board Level, and C-suite within Investment, Operations and Accountancy and Finance. Due to our content-driven marketing efforts and thought-leadership initiatives, a majority of our mandates are inbound and retained. More than 60% of our business is also made from repeat clients which means you have a reputation to uphold and a role to play as a Subject Matter Expert.
Having recruited for the Family Office space exclusively for over a decade we have access to vast amounts of Primary Data relating to compensation and rewards. This has naturally created an opportunity to offer a Compensation and Rewards consulting service which is something that is truly valued by all our clients. As the demand for this space has consistently grown over the years we are now looking to create a specialist team that will focus exclusively on this area of business. We are now looking to hire a Head of Compensation and Rewards internally that will help us grow our Compensation Offering and we can promise, it’s a role like no other.
Responsibilities:
- You must be able to mine, assimilate and standardise our vast intel on the subject matter. This should enable us to grow our offering and monetise that unit.
- You will serve our Family Office Clients globally by providing thought leadership in the subject of compensation and rewards.
- You must be able to offer your expertise to help them develop and implement a remuneration strategy that plays a key role in supporting how they attract, retain, and grow talent globally.
- You will ensure all aspects of pay such as fixed and variable compensation, benefits and long-term incentive plans.
- You must be able to help formulate policy focused on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) to ensure accessibility and equality of approach to our clients.
- You will take lead on the actual mandates and report directly into the founders of Agreus.
Requirements:
- As the Head of Compensation and Rewards, you must have experience in reviewing existing compensation frameworks, practices and benefits within the Financial Services Industry ideally within the Wealth Management, Investment Management, Private Equity or other similar sectors.
- You need to have a strong commercial acumen and not lose sight of the potential for developing this service as a successful global business unit for Agreus.
- You must be comfortable in helping create or improving our global benchmarking methodology and raw data.
- You must be a confident statistician and a proficient user of Excel. You must be capable of presenting complicated information in a simplified fashion.
- You must be passionate about compensation and rewards as a space and in touch with current trends and changes in the industry.
