An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Senior Trust Manager to join an independently owned Trust and Corporate Service provider in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing business that can offer interesting work and have a great team to work with.

This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Private Wealth client relationships and manage day-to-day service delivery needs, in accordance with the departments' service standards and company policies and procedures.

  • Day to day administration of a complex portfolio of trusts and company structures
  • Preparing for and conducting regular meetings with clients
  • Liaising with investment advisers, solicitors, agents and other third parties
  • Complete annual and quarterly trust and company reviews, including resolving any issues
  • Prepare trustee resolutions, minutes and notices
  • Ensuring all transactions are processed in line with internal procedures, AML and national and international legislations
  • Conduct technical reviews following changes in legislation
  • Providing support and expertise to members of the team
  • Supporting Directors and Board Members in a range of duties

Knowledge, skills & qualifications:

  • Good UK Trust Administration experience and technical knowledge of aspects of trust and company administration.
  • Previous work experience in a Trust Company, Multi Family Office or Tax department within a Law Firm.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or Law
  • A Professional qualification (STEP, ICSA, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Remuneration is negotiable subject to experience, circa £70,000 plus benefits.
