This is an exclusive opportunity for an experienced Executive PA to provide all personal and lifestyle support to an UHNWI. The Principal is based between his Estate just outside of London and the Family Office in Mayfair but this is a work from home role and flexibility is essential. Previous Family Office experience or UHNW support is essential as well as an understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
This is a busy role which will require a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Extensive diary and email management
- Booking of all appointments
- Coordinating calendars, planning meetings and events
- Arranging travel bookings and any accommodation as and when required
- Arranging medical appointments including physio and treatments
- Lifestyle management
- Handling sensitive documents and extremely personal information
- Gatekeeping on behalf of the Principal, being first point of contact and handling any enquiries and requests in an appropriate manner
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a PA or EA for a Family Office or UHNWI
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly discreet and confidential
- Whilst this is not a 24/7 position, flexibility beyond normal working hours should be seen as part of the role and the successful candidate will be happy to be on call in this way
- Excellent organisational skills and logical thinker
- Ability to work independently
