One of our top clients, a Single Family Office based in Central London is looking for a Russian/English speaking Receptionist/Office Administrator to support their busy office.
Candidates will ideally have some prior experience in a similar role and experience liaising with HNWIs would be desirable.
Duties will include:
- Ordering office supplies
- Office administration: filing, sorting post etc
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Dealing with petty cash and basic invoices
- Basic administration for the Accounts and Finance team when necessary
- Liaising with third parties globally
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is happy to get stuck into a varied workload.
You must be fluent to native/bilingual level in Russian and English to be considered.
