Agreus support families in need in London, New York and Kerala

As the holiday season approaches, the Agreus team is committed to giving back to our communities. We believe in the power of collective action to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need.

In the UK

Our London team helped out at the "Tin in a Bin" charity in Wanstead. This heartwarming initiative encourages residents to leave a bin filled with food outside their homes for those facing food insecurity. Our team contributed by purchasing food items and delivering them directly to the charity. These donations will be distributed to food banks, hostels, refugee families, and organisations supporting vulnerable women and more.

In the USA

Our USA team worked with New York Cares for their 36th Annual Coat Drive. Instead of food deliveries, they participated in a city-wide campaign to collect and distribute 85,000 warm winter coats. This initiative aims to provide essential warmth and support to New Yorkers experiencing hardship and isolation.

In India

Our Co-Founder Tayyab Mohamed also invested time in giving back to communities in need during his New Year break. He spent the day visiting families in his hometown of Kerala, India, distributing food parcels and essentials. Tayyab's efforts will provide support to these families in Kerala for the next 30 days.

By supporting these local charities, we hope to spread warmth, kindness, and a sense of community during this festive season. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Agreus support families in need in New York and Kerala

With a global cost-of-living crisis persisting this year, Agreus believe that no-one should go hungry and continue to work around the clock to make good on that promise. During the Christmas period, our New York team dedicated a day to deliver food bags to elderly and vulnerable households across the Lower East Side. Our Co-Founder Tayyab Mohamed also invested time in giving back to communities in need during his New Year break. Delivering food parcels across London and New York

For the second year, our London team visited the ‘Tin in a Bin’ charity in Wanstead – a local initiative that sees residents across Essex leaving a bin outside of their doors with food for those in need. The charity then collects that food and delivers it to food banks, hostels, refugee families and charities supporting vulnerable women who then distribute the food to many, many more. At the same time, our New York team spent the morning delivering food bags to elderly and vulnerable households across the Lower East Side. With a global cost-of-living crisis upon us, both charities believe that no-one should go hungry and work around the clock to make good on that promise, which is why we decided to help.
