Senior Client Administrator (Italian Speaking) – London

The role of Senior Client Administrator will be to assist the Client Relationship Managers and Managing Directors.

  • Responsible for administration of assigned Companies and Trust;
  • Reviews and analyzes agreements and consults with senior administrators as necessary
  • Supporting the preparation and filing of relevant reports to regulatory agencies (mainly HMRC and CH);
  • Maintain close contact with clients to keep informed of their current standings.
  • Open bank accounts and coordinate with banks client’s needs.
  • Collect DD on clients in order to comply with current AML regulations
  • Resolve problems, provides clients with information and assistance regarding needs of the companies
  • Advising on personal and corporate tax situation;

The Successful Candidate:

  • Previous work experience in a Trust Company
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Fluency in Italian and English

  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle very sensitive information
