An award-winning organization providing advisory and accountancy services to UHNW Families across America is looking for an Addepar expert to join their team. This is a newly created role and will be an integral part of a new division within the Family Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting Investment Performance Analysis
  • Preparing, reconciling and validating periodic and standard investment reports
  • Conducting preventative reconciliation tasks in advance of reporting cycles
  • Creating ad hoc Views to support sophisticated Investment team requests
  • Assisting in governance of standard reporting and firm-wide Views
  • Acting as super-user of Addepar and provide training & support to Investment team
  • Ensuring integrity of data (Ownership Structure and Attribute application) in Addepar
  • Gaining deep understanding of Addepar in order to leverage functionality and capabilities
  • Troubleshooting data discrepancies and identify opportunities for data quality improvements
  • Assisting in Prospect pricing and Client onboarding into Addepar
  • Creating and maintain historical private equity reports
  • Utilizing software, including Addepar and Excel, to create various analytical tools

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 5 plus years of portfolio performance accounting experience within the wealth management field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, preferred
  • Strong background with investments and financial reporting
  • Must have experience using Addepar, expert level
  • Fluency in a market leading Portfolio Accounting/Reporting System
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks
  • Expert Microsoft Excel skills, with a proven ability to handle Excel modeling
  • Strong analytical skills, data management and client service skills
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Solid understanding of developing, creating, and interpreting financial reports for single and multi-family
  • Ultra-high attention to detail, problem solver & intellectually curious
  • Strong attention to detail; experience balancing multiple projects at one time
  • Adhere to the highest level of confidentiality

Applicants must be able to pass a background check and must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: up to $180k plus excellent benefits

This role will start remotely, which is expected to be until June however candidates should live in a commutable distance to any of the offices.
