Accounts Assistant – Financial Services: London

Full-time Accounts Assistant required to assist the Finance Team in carrying out the accounting responsibilities for clients of the London office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping for companies
  • Preparation of accruals and prepayments
  • Preparation of trial balance
  • Preparation of draft accounts

Qualifications and other requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role (within financial services)
  • Part qualified (ACCA or equivalent) OR QBE
  • MS Office proficient
  • Understanding of financial statements
  • Working knowledge of FRS 102
  • Sage Accounts experience preferable
  • Ability to meet deadlines essential
  • Team player

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience plus benefits)
